NaVCIS HELPS RECOVER STOLEN ITEMS
On Monday the 20th July 2021, NaVCIS assisted Norfolk Police who were executing a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a caravan site.
Whilst there, NaVCIS personnel helped identify 4 stolen items, which were then seized. The items included:
- A Polaris Ranger stolen from a Leicestershire Farm in March 2021.
- Two Honda Quads, one of which was stolen from a Cambridgeshire Farm in July 2016. The other is subject to further enquiries.
- A Can-Am Outlander stolen during a burglary in South Yorkshire in November 2019.
- A Sterling Eccles Caravan stolen in October 2012 from Cambridgeshire.
The total estimated recovery value is £30,000.
A number of arrests were made at the site. 5 cannabis grows discovered and an amount of Class A drugs were also seized.
