Patrick Holdaway - Superintendent
Patrick Holdaway is a Superintendent from the City of London Police and has led the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) since December 2018. Patrick joined Hampshire Constabulary in 1995 and worked in various operational strategic roles, in 2014 he became the first business crime lead for the force. During this time Patrick set up the Safer Hampshire Business Partnership and delivered on a number of initiatives to support businesses which were recognised as best practice across policing.

The Security Awareness Special Interest Group is really quite special and much-loved by thousands of cybersecurity professionals and others in the UK and beyond. As a Development Officer at Police Crime Prevention Initiatives (PCPI), Kenny's expertise at Secured by Design (SBD), the national police crime prevention initiative, is to support the development and delivery of SBD projects and services across the UK. Kenny works with a diverse range of stakeholders, including police forces, local authorities, developers, architects, and community groups, to promote and implement SBD principles and standards, which aim to reduce crime and improve the quality of life in the built environment.
National Cyber Resilience Centre Group
The National Cyber Resilience Centre Group (NCRCG) is a strategic collaboration between the police, government, private sector and academia to help strengthen cyber resilience across the nation’s small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) community, in support of the government’s National Cyber Strategy. NCRCG is a not-for-profit organisation, funded and supported by the Home Office, policing and private sector partners. In NCRCG, we have a platform to coordinate a strong defence against cyber crime and, by doing so, make the UK a more attractive place to work in and invest in.
