CESAR - The Official Construction & Agricultural Equipment Security and Registration Scheme
The Construction & Agricultural Equipment Security and Registration Scheme (CESAR) is promoted by the Construction Equipment Association (CEA) and supported by the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA), powered by Datatag ID technology and accredited and supported by a wide range of organisations. CESAR maintains a database of owned equipment, each item having a unique registration number fitted by approved installers either at the point of manufacture or by the user and parallel registration with the DVLA. CESAR identifies and recovers stolen plant and equipment free of any charges and offers 24/7 support to the police.

RAPID (Registered Assets Police Information Database)

A web based ‘app’ allowing easy access to the CESAR Scheme and Datatag databases to quickly check some 700,000 pieces of plant & machinery and over 1 million motorcycles!

RAPID draws information from numerous sources including the Police National Computer & Law Enforcement Data Service and is accessible via smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Run checks using full or partial VRM, engine/VIN number and various other visible ID!
