NCATT ASSISTS IN RECOVERED BOMAG ROLLERS
NCATT - National Construction and Agri Theft Team – in conjunction with NaVCIS Intel and NaVCIS port, recovered a stolen Bomag Roller on May 17th at Harwich Port, which was being sent to Cyprus. The machine was stolen in Nottinghamshire in 2020. The machine is valued at £20,000.
A second stolen machine was located in Poland and recovered with the help of an international police liaison officer. The machine belonged to Sunbelt Rentals and was only 2 weeks old when it was also stolen from Nottinghamshire. The machine’s value is approximately £30,000.
Investigations are on-going.
