NCATT SUCCESS
The National Construction and Agricultural Theft Team (NCATT), together with Essex Police’s Rural Engagement Team arrested one suspect for theft and handling of stolen plant last month.
Officers recovered various stolen machinery including an Avant 860i wheeled-loader, two JCB HTD5 compact ride-on high-tip dumpers, a Hitachi ZX33U-6 excavator, and a Honda TRX500 quad bike.
These items were stolen from London, Essex, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
Further investigations are on-going.
NCATT MAKE 8 ARRESTS IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF JANUARY!
NCATT - National Construction and Agricultural Theft Team have had a busy first two weeks of 2024. Thanks to the efforts of industry, rural crime teams around the UK, and tracking companies, a total of 8 suspects have been arrested in relation to rural crime and equipment theft, and 25 stolen items have been recovered.
