SPECIAL SASIG / CITS EVENT TO TAKE PLACE AT COUTTS BANK
A special ‘invitation only’ event at Coutts Bank, in conjunction with CITS and the Security Awareness Specialist Interest Group (SASIG), will take place on the 20th June.
The event is aimed to raise awareness of the real threats being faced by those responsible for the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). This escalated threat from rogue state-owned sponsors is particularly being recognised by government.
CITS and SASIG have come together to give Utility and Construction companies the opportunity to learn methods from world specialists, in which they can improve physical, as well as security regimes, within their own organisation. This knowledge will, in turn, help protect the UK's CNI.
The event is also being supported by security camera provider, Safer Group, whose aim is to protect against crime, financial loss and adverse events that could impact business success.
The event will include two panel discussions led by leading experts, and facilitated by SASIG’s Vice Chairman, Tarquin Folliss OBE. As part of those discussions, the panels will explain the shifts in the geopolitical landscape over the last few months; and the effects this may have on delegate’s organisation.
